My Story

I was born and raised in the heart of Saskatchewan, Canada, where I grew up surrounded by the beauty of the prairies, a close-knit farming community, and lifelong friendships. Our home was filled with love, laughter, and the energy of a busy household—my parents, my three siblings, and me. We were affectionately known as the “4-B’s,” a testament to the special bond we shared. Childhood was simple, carefree, and full of adventure—whether we were playing outdoors, skating at the local rink, or spending summers at the lake. Those early years instilled in me a deep sense of connection, resilience, and appreciation for the people and places that shaped me.

After graduating high school in 1990, I embarked on a journey of self-discovery. Unsure of my path, I pursued my undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of Saskatchewan while exploring the world through travel and work experiences. Eventually, my journey led me to Calgary, Alberta, where I built a career in the autism field, later opening a private day home while raising my two children.

In 2018, life presented an unexpected adventure when my family relocated to Barbados. The transition was both challenging and enriching, expanding my perspective and deepening my appreciation for my roots. Though far from home, I carried the values of family, community, and connection with me, always feeling the presence of where I came from.

Then, on October 13, 2021, my life changed forever and my world shifted in ways I never could have imagined. My beloved big brother, Blair, passed away unexpectedly, forever altering our family’s dynamic. Grief became my greatest teacher, opening me to the possibilities of the spirit world.

On May 13, 2022, I answered the call to mediumship, opening my heart to spirit and embracing my ability to connect with loved ones who had crossed over. As my journey unfolded, I was drawn deeper into the world of healing. On April 28, 2024, I completed my Master-Teacher training in Usui Reiki, expanding my ability to restore balance and bring peace to those seeking healing. Through spirit and energy work, I have come to understand that we are never truly alone—love transcends time and space, and healing is always within reach.

Today, I stand here, sharing my story and feel a deep desire to help others nurture their hearts and balance their overall well being. My story continues to evolve each day, with passion and purpose, I trust in what the Universe has in store for me. I am honored and grateful to walk this journey with you—offering heartfelt connections, healing energy, and a safe space for transformation.

In Loving Dedication To My Big Brother, Blair

Spirit is always communicating with us, offering signs in many forms. I have been blessed to receive messages through dimes, feathers, dragonflies, butterflies, birds tapping on my window, rainbows, and songs, to name a few. These signs have led me to question the transition between the physical world and the spirit world, opening my heart to an incredible journey of connection and understanding. Every day, I continue to witness these signs, a reminder that we are never alone—our loved ones on the other side continue to love, guide, and support us.

My big brother, Blair, was known as "The B.” The B will always hold a sacred place in my heart, for Blair had a way of making everyone in his presence feel incredibly special. He was an earth angel—kind, honorable, and deeply devoted to his family. A man of integrity, a role model, a loving husband and father, a hardworking and fun-loving soul with a sharp wit and a gentle heart. He was a loyal friend, full of life, and a beacon of unwavering support to all who knew him.

Blair continues to be a guiding force in my life and spiritual journey. I feel his presence, his encouragement, and his love from beyond, cheering me on as I walk this path. "The B" holds profound meaning, a symbol of his enduring spirit and his ever-present light. Blair communicates with me in ways that leave no doubt of his presence—his messages are uplifting, empowering, and filled with love beyond measure.

I truly believe that Blair’s love and light continue to shine on me, our family, and the community we grew up in. His legacy will live on for generations to come. Blair enriched our lives with so much love, laughter, and integrity—he was a gift to everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. His presence was a blessing, and Blair's memory continues to inspire all who carry his love in their hearts.

In honor of my big brother, Blair, I dedicate my spiritual journey and healing practice to "The B". His love continues to guide me, his light continues to inspire me, and his presence will forever be felt in my heart.
