Payment & Booking Policy
- Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, e-transfer, or bank-to-bank transfer.
- Online Sessions: Full payment must be made in advance to confirm your appointment.
Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
- If you need to reschedule, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations or failure to provide the required notice will result in forfeiture of payment, and the session will not be eligible for a refund or transfer.
- Exceptions may be made for extenuating circumstances, at the sole discretion of Becky McDonald.
Late Arrivals & No-Show Policy
- If you arrive late for your session, your appointment time will not be extended.
- A 15-minute grace period will be provided, after which the appointment will be considered a no-show.
- No-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable. They will not be rescheduled, nor will the payment be applied to a future service.
By booking a session with Becky McDonald, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
